As of 01 June, 2023, we are making our procurement process easier for our clients by introducing approval and comments directly on our quotations.
How Does Quote Approval Work?
When receiving a quote from Solid Systems, you will be directed to a link where you can:
- View the quotation
- Approve the quotation
- Add comments about optional items you’d like to choose or changes you need to make
- Decline the quotation
By streamlining the approval process, we’ve make it quicker and easier for you to confirm orders, which in turn will mean quicker procurement from our suppliers, and shorter ETAs for your devices wherever possible.
Please Note: ETAs will still be dependent on availability from our suppliers. Approvals will also only be processed during office hours.
